Chugging a-long

I did a page count last night for the upcoming "Dear Diary" issue of Dreams of Donuts, and was pleasantly surprised to find that I'm closer to being done then I thought!  31 pages deep!  I guess technically I can be done whenever I feel like it, but I prefer my zines to have a page count 40 or over, it just feels thick and meaningful, ya know?

Finished

I'm gonna submit this as a potential cover to the next issue of the Slingshot newspaper, which we will be laying out this coming weekend at the Long Haul Infoshop (in Berkeley) if you're in the area and want to come by.

More Progress

Work in progress...

I intend for this to be a cover submission for the next issue of Slingshot, which we will be laying out next weekend at the Long Haul Infoshop in Berkeley if you are in the area and interested in helping out.  I worked on this a big chunk of yesterday, which was Valentines day, in addition to cooking myself hella food, going on walks through the community garden, and just being really content in my life all around.  I hope you had a good Valentines day too.

Walls

All the comic pages I finish get hung up here.  It's looking like the Dear Diary issue is going to be done first.  I can't decide if I should paint my room pink or green.

Another Friday Night Doodle

When depression mixes with anger.

Cemetery Gates

Kendy of MissMuffcake asked me a couple weeks ago if I could illustrate a cover for her new zine "Cemetery Gates", and this is what I came up with.
And here's what it looked like before I reversed the sky part.
